A few nights ago I finally played Storage House online for the first time and I almost stepped on an Ant!
It played nicely and while it's a fun fast paced map offline, it was even better with MM and online.

Last night I played Happy Monster Party online for the first time. Though larger than Storage Facility, HMP was also fast paced, as it was offline. It could be because of the low ceiling in the bottom room, where I spent most of the game. It makes for interesting game play with all the projectiles bombarding one from left and right and no possibility of vertical escape.
The upper two floors were also fast paced but for different reasons. I think it was due to the combination of openness, catwalks, and jump pads causing monsters (including Luci!) to move unpredictably between the two floors. The pads make it easy for players to go up but there's no escape since the monsters will follow.
Finally the large adren pills but slow respawning rate means there won't be any adren camping yet there's enough there for a boost when you need it.

Cool, I've been wondering what happened to you since you made Happy Monster Party and Storage Facility! Both are good for not-too-easy-yet-not-impossible maps and SF is one of my favorites. :scool:
Btw both maps, though especially the smaller SF, are decent without mine layers. The WM's and monster dropped mines are plenty enough and dismiss the need for layer spawns. If there were spawns, HMP would probably be fine but SF might be an issue. Then again, the layout and stacking of SF's containers seems to make whatever mines that are used reasonable. It's funny how sometimes a good thing about a map is what is not there. :sgiggle: There are also lots of others things I like about SF too.
I look forward to seeing your latest efforts and I'd be happy to test your new map.

Hey Welcome back Kage, it definitely looks like you return with style. Have you been practicing map building or something while you were away?

Hmm... should I attempt to add an outside to the map? thinking of where luci could spawn and move around, would be too tight indoors with all the boxes and other junk.
Terrain is not one of my greatest areas, but i guess i can still give it a try.
Is this a good idea? or add a larger room with space for him to move?
