A bit like suing someone who gave you a shovel so you could dig a hole, but those who gave you the shovel didn't tell you how to use it... the shovel, in this case, being complex and powerful video game rendering software.
"I need help on using this shovel, please. I want to dig this hole to plant a flower."
"We can't help you, we're busy digging for treasure with the same kind of shovel and have no time for you."
"Waaaah."
Enter legal battle. If it means anything, the software is called Unreal Engine 3... so, what kind of games is Epic going to focus on first before all others? I've never even heard of "Too Human" or Silicon Knights up 'til now...
