The new Logitech G9 and a streamlined G15 keyboard are now availible! Now I know why the price drop on the original flagship G5 occured. The G9 looks and sounds like one hell of a mouse, improved set point software, profiling for on the road and different P.C.'s 3200 dpi laser engine, WOW!!!! But not for 100 bones :(

Oh well guess I will wait for my next build to include this baby!

sounds like a good mouse and keyboard. but i must admit, the mouse is one ugly mouse in my opinion, haha. the keyboard is very nice redesign though. functionality though i gotta try for myself. haha ill wait till the price drops to even think about buying these.

The mouse I'm using looks to have more buttons, and it's good enough.

Must have !! ... These will just be a perfect companion for the UT3 release .

I'm plannin gon getting the keyboard for sure, not sure about the mouse yet. I like my current laser mouse, time will tell.

I kinda like it, the design looks much more user friendly with the dpi buttons recessed under the primary fire button, yeh don't have to move my finger complety out of the way and back to change a wepon that I bind to them, then go back to the fire button in a snap. It does look ugly though!

Ah Zax the buttons you mention what do you need with more than 9 buttons which this one has!

I have bio/mines, link, super weapons, assault/shield (which can also switch places in a vehicle, and the bio/mines can get you to the hellbender rear turret) and the translocator, as well as the mouse wheel which just cycles through all the guns, though I prefer the buttons. That's enough for me.

I think Deathdome is the only acceptable map that mines can be used. In fact I only use mines and the avril on this map.

hmmm i may have to buy that mouse looks damn good and sounds like it will perform just as well !

i need to get a new mouse the one i have is the logitech that now costs $5 o.0 its so old i think ill get the g5
