Don't know how many of you know already but here it is :
My Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3 Demo\UTGame\Config\UTEngine.ini
[Engine.GameEngine]
bSmoothFrameRate=TRUE
MinSmoothedFrameRate=22
MaxSmoothedFrameRate=62
Change true to false.

Alpha,
I think you need to be promoted to Major! Now if I only could get that high to begin with :blackeye:
Have you thought about map designing for UT3?

There are a lot of people who are complaining about that since they have multiple drives and have moved my documents off of the C:. Apparently, it only looks for the C: drive.

I changed true to false. That did not change anything. I also tried changing 62 to 150. Nada.

- Well, you must be one of those thousand's who can't save their settings or keybinds, due to the game not saving to that path - Blame it on Epic! .. BTW you should try changing your name, this game isue seems to happen when you use some characters for your login name like | { ] <> etc .. -
Edit: I just made sure by reloading the game, works for me and that's what I did . so Figureitout acordingly.

Yeah, I tried that before I tried the uncapping.
It solved my settings issue, thank god...
Still can't change my ingame name though...
Weird little crap....
