Will I be able to use my tag the next time I connect to a server? If not, what steps would I need to take in order to use it again? BTW, I only play on Server 1 (ut2004://208.100.49.220:7777).

Your stats and everything resides with the server. Some stuff is downloaded to your machine, you will have to re-download them. As long as you re-install UT with the same CD-Key you used previously you shouldn't have a problem.
If you lost the key, use the program below to retrieve it.
