Hi.. this may be a stupid post or w/e but i just wanna help some people out

Ok basically i went to shopping centre with my mum to help her get some grocerys etc. and she left the conservatory door unlocked. with her laptop a nice TV my mobilephone and a few other bits and bobs..They had obviously also tried to open the back conservatory-house door.

The point is.. Even if you live in a nice neighbourhood as my mum does with nice neighbours etc
doesnt mean that there isnt someone out there who wont casually walk into your home and take your stuff..

Thanks

I heard in Canada that they leave their doors unlocked, & that you could walk into their home whether they're home or not. Despite how many times they were robbed, they don't care. Is this true?
The difference between successful people from others is
not in the lack of strength,
not in the lack of knowledge,
but rather in the lack of will.

Not sure if thats true, but now my mum is paranoid.. when she has her grandson around im pretty sure its not going 2 be the same safe happy atmosphere of letting him run around in garden without worrys..
