Core2Quad Q6600 with board for $149.99

Fry's has the Q6600 with an ECS GF7050VT-M today only $149.99 in the DFW area. Most Fry's will probably run the same price so if you live near one this is a steal. The Q6600 is usually close to $200 by itself. The ECS board isn't anything to brag about but it works and it's free in the deal. The Q6600 is still better than the Q9300 or Q9400 if that means anything to you.
