What Producer Jeff Morris said in the interview about a release date for 2k7 didn't make me think the game won't ship for long, long time. I think he recited generic boilerplate comments that producers always offer whenever they're asked for a release date.

Morris said there'd be 18 vehicles. Holy shit! I wonder what they are going to be. Probably, the number 18 includes space fighters and other vehicles we won't get to use in ONS. But, who knows.

Check out the chair and background in the interview. Is that his office, home or what?

The 18 vehicles are the 9 we know (Manta, Scorpion, Hellbender, Raptor, Goliath, Leviathan, Paladin, SPMA, and Cicada) and their 9 Necris Team counterparts (unknown as of yet). They will NOT include any space fighters or non-ONS vehicles.

Teams choose which vehicle set to use at the beginning of a match - I expect we'll see a voting script for that, so people on each team can vote for their team's vehicle set.
