Just copy the multi adren from a map that has it.

Open a map that has it.
Right click on the adren pill and select copy.
Then open your map.
Right click in your map where you want it and select Paste>Here.

Unless you mean how to get the map from your game into UED, you get a cache cleaner/extractor, and then you open in ued .. :)

...or you can look up the map in your cache.ini, then open it normally in the Open window (go to the Cache folder and select 'All Files' at the bottom).

Btw it might be easier to ask all your questions in one topic ;)

Yes,
as they've said get a cache extractor or extract the maps from your cache manually.

You can get an older (yet "fully armed and operational") extractor right here!

http://www.clandw.com/Download/index.php?dir=Onslaught/
Down at the bottom there is a cache extractor that you can download.

To manually extract files from your cache open the cache folder in the UT2004 folder on your computer. Then open the cache.ini file (text file) in there. This will list the coded names of all the files that are in your cache and what actual file they correspond to (i.e. their real name). Find the map file (.ut2) you want to extract and rename the coded file to it's real name. Then put that renamed .ut2 file in the maps folder. Of course if the map needs any other files (texture -> .utx, static mesh -> .usx, etc.) to run you will have to extract them and put them in their appropriate folders also.
