Ive noticed something strange happening at the end of a wave of monsters, not every wave is like this.
when we reach the end of a wave sometimes the monsters dont all die before the countdown timer for the new wave begins,for example: yesterday in DM hold the crypt there was a green raptor still standing when the countdown timer began, several players respawned as normal for the new wave and 4 of them were promtly eviscerated by said monster.This monster was swiftly dealt with.

i thought maybe this was a one off thing but it happened twice later on and a few times today also, on most of these occasions it was only something small like a lightning slith.
I personally have not fallen victim to this but several players have and seems kinda important so i thought id let you guys know soon as possible.

yeah that glitch has been going on for a long time now. Most of the time the last standing monsters are quickly taken out before they cause great damage to the players running for shelter.

Is there a mini boss on crypt? I joined too late in the game to notice, but this usually happens on mini boss maps.

No mini boss in the map.

I do often see one monster that lived through the countdown before the mini boss wave. Maybe it is tougher to sight them because the monsters are easier before the miniboss compare the monsters during seeker waves.

think this mostly happens when the server is stressing lots of players and lots of monsters = lots of data

so it might skip some monsters while killing them off

Yeah, I've seen this happening for a year at least, if not more. A normal/random thing.

Is it the same case for the mini-boss?
