Unable to connect

Hey everyone!

Well, while at home I am able to connect to UT04 servers without an issue. While here at school however, I am unable to connect to the servers. I can connect to the master-server, see the game, with its ping and number of players. However, when I click join it goes to the connect screen and stays there, I can cancel at anytime, but no matter how long I leave it it will not connect.
Connecting to the IP adress from the comand prompt also does not work.

I am inclined to believe the school firewall is blocking something, any ideas?

Thanks for your time.

Yes you are correct that schools implement securty devices to prevent things just like this. Even if you could get past the firewall or other security devices as soon as they were aware of the packets/bandwidth usage coming from the machine your on they would be tapping you on the shoulder in less than 5 min. My suggestion is to play from home and do what your suppose to do at School. LEARN

Hrm, perhaps...
Though they allow other games, such as WoW or COD4.

You can only learn so much in a day, anything past that point is reserved for drinking and gaming.

This thread is nearly a year old.

I doubt that Envy will return to respond.
