This would be the second time that Death Warrant has faced off against the Dustmen on a TWL ladder. The last time, it was both teams debut match on the 5v5 Hardcore Search & Destroy ladder. It was a fight to the very end, with Death Warrant winning in overtime 11 to 10. This time, we're watching two teams, a little more established and experienced, face off in 4v4 Hardcore Team Deathmatch.

Starting off on Crossfire, Death Warrant, consistantly pushing the Dustmen downhill and out of prime locations, establishes an early lead which it will sustain for the duration of the map. Even after the half-time side swap, with Tsanger and Mobius constantly rushing the Dustmen's right flank, and Bomzin and Damaged holding them on their left flank, Death Warrant was able to swap the spawns and force the Dustmen downhill, until time was reached. The map ended at 1180 - 670, Death Warrants favor.

The game moved on to Chinatown. Death Warrant, holding the lead from the map before, remains on the defensive, forcing the Dustmen to make the move. In the end, Death Warrant was able to take the second map by sheer patience and KarmaKat frequently reminding everyone to breathe. This map ended 970 - 770 in Death Warrants favor.

Death Warrant successfully defends its rung, and moves to 16 wins and 9 losses.
