This issue has been fixed. :D

Please let us know if you get any other "refused to send" errors. Thanks!

a bit unrelated but fsr my cache keeps deleting things at random. I just migrated onto a new 750 something GB drive brand new, and it hasn't happened since, but it is so annoying spending a half-hour re downloading EVRYTHING at 6mbps intermittent. Help? :|

By default, your cache delete files that are 30 days old. What you could do is locate your UT2004.ini file in your system folder. Hit Ctrl + F, type in Cache. There, you should locate:
PurgeCacheDays=30

& change it to something like:
PurgeCacheDays=365
or
PurgeCacheDays=999999999

Be sure to save it and your cache files should not expire for a short period of time ^_^

One small warning...before you edit ANY .ini files, always...ALWAYS!! make a backup copy and save it someplace safe before you start tinkering!
