Fix for stuttering frame lag

If you can play fine for a map or two but then start getting video lag, especially on high ping servers, go into your advanced video settings and make sure "Disable One Frame Thread Lag" is UN-checked.

Right after i buy some skills in UT3 invasin i got bad graphical stuterring. After a few test in local game play with battle rpg 10.1 and gatlanor invasion 0.22 im pretty sure its related on regenerative skills (like ammo and hp regeneration). Probably a thread problem (I'm guessing the thread proccessing the regeneration calcul is the same that process graphic... Epic why you little!!.. So much game are having trouble menaging thread correctly... Fallout 3 is one big example).

Anyway im going to try your trick righ away Fry and see if it works.
