Druid RPG Fail

My cousin has been getting Critical Errors when he buys Summon Monster's as a Medic.. I've tried to help out as much as I can but he has no luck fixing it.. this is what he get's;
has anybody had this problem or knows how to fix it? he's on patch 3369.. he erased all his cache and re-downloaded everything, I for one don't know how to solve this ^^
