I was wodnering what steps do you have to do o change your online name?

Also I'm plan on buying a additional notebook but my daughter is still going to use this one ever so often. Could I change cdkey and still keep my account? Knowing that the Owner Id would change but could this be updated with the new one?

The name you play in the monster servers is tied to the cd key.
If you tried to play the game with another cd key or name you would be starting over at level 25. This is the same concept as if a player were to use your
cd key in the game and get banned, you would be banned also, with no recourse.
You can email Karmakat for information as to changing your name.
As I remember we ask for a 5 dollar donation to do this. It takes coordination between yourself and one of us to make this happen. Also each server stands alone.
Even with the same name and cd key each server 1 and 2 are separate.

so if i change my ut2004 cd key and not the name i'll lose my account and all the work i did on it?

I don't wan't to abuse ur system of paying 5bucks, but can't it be done for this once, since this came unexpected, and the players are forced to change their names.
I wouldn't mind paying 5$, since its nothing, but idk, they didn't know the concequences of having a warez key.

Been posted here for a long time about the consequences! You download a game with a rogue key, is like playing Russian Roulette.
