Instagib glitchers ruined it for everyone

I thought it would be fun to have a bonus wave after defeating the "mini-boss", to rack up points and blow the living bejeezus out of the monsters with the best and most colorful gib animations, but that wasn't enough for some.
Some people, and you know who you are, had to find, discuss, and continually abuse a glitch that let you keep the IG rifle after the wave ended.
So the instagib wave is gone, thanks for ruining it for everyone. There may be a fix for it eventually, but we've got a lot on our plate right now.
