A Useful Tweak Guide

When I started Playing on DW servers last year it was after a 2 year hiatus. I remembered there were some useful .ini tweaks in the recesses of my mind but not exactly what they were. I found an excellent guide which I thought I'd share for people in case this information is new to them.
Of Note:
1) Page 10 - User.ini tweak LocalMap=NoIntro.ut2 turns off the Nvidia splash screen
2) Page 10 - CacheSizeMegs increase in game cache for game information
3) Page 12 - All those console commands you've long forgotten including my favorite - togglefullscreen
