What are the best weapon enchantments for weapons?

I am wondering what are the best weapon enchantments for every weapon.
There isn't a best weapon.
The best weapon will vary on the user, the user's abilities and preferences.
Then the best weapon will vary on the scenario, too (Like energy mines don't work so well on Lucifer).
