Mango Daiquiri recipe:

Fill blender with ice a little more than half way. Pour mango nectar into blender until it covers all the ice. Then add a few coconut rum, Bacardi 151 (optional), dark and light rum to taste. I usually put a little a good pour of each into the mixer :)

Try adding fresh mango, strawberries or pineapple if available.

Awesome short ribs:

churrascaria style short ribs are cut into half inch thickness usually found in Korean and Latino grocery stores. Here's what they look like http://www.npr.org/templates/story/stor ... Id=4793091. The recipe is a Korean which I found very pretty tasty. I like to sprinkle a little onion powder, garlic powder and adobo fajita season the green and yellow bottles http://www.goya.com/english/product_sub ... ents/Adobo. I grill over charcoal on high heat until cooked. Once they're cooked squeeze fresh lime and serve with rice or tortillas and a salad.

I'm not a big drinker but that daiquiri sounds pretty awesome. I'll have to try it out but make sure it's more fruity than alcohol tasting. :)

1/2 onion
1 can of tomato sauce, mixed with a teaspoon of Sambal

For the first time in history i will reveal the secret ingredient: 3 drops of tobasco sauce + mashed red chili pepper and 2 drops of lemon juice.

The rest is just a matter of putting the stuff on the dough and cooking it in a 230 degrees C for 12-15 minutes (10-12 for 3 mini pizza's)
