I am really tired of that spawnkilling ASSHOLE VIC !!!! I would like to still play on your server. I am not saying ban him maybe just from the tank but some must be done about him in the tank.

And hello to you. You would probably be more likely to settle your problem with diplomacy and rationale, but thats just my humble opinion. :icon_smile:

Uhm, whats he doing thats got you so annoyed? And cant you simply kill the tank?

Tank whoring can be a problem on certain maps. It's a map design issue.
Also, if you're getting emotional when someone is using (abusing?) a certain tactic on you, you're just going to play worse.

He is still a fuck he eather takes it all the time from every one or sits at the spawn points so you cant move he sucks big balls balls balls

Shiner before you speak, please know what the hell you are talking about. We were playing MinusTankMeUp EVERYONE has a tank. I had the super tank which it why i was able to kill more people/tanks. By the way when you are not spawning and i kill you, its not spawn killing....dont call it spawn killing if you dont even know what you are talking about. :argue:

Hello Shiner. I welcome you and Vic to the fourms. You are not the only person to complain about tank whoring. I personally don't mind it but you seem to have a real problem with it. It is just a game and Vic is just playing how he enjoys playing. The only suggestion I have is to use voice chat and use some teamwork. That Minotaur (super tank) in Minus-TankMeUp is very powerful and can kill a normal tank with one shot. You can also avoid playing that map if its not to your liking. There is plenty of room here on the sever to have some fun so try not to let one person make you quit.

May have been Ion tanks, as they are present on that map. The minotaur is actually there to stop ion tank spawn killers. Without a lot of firepower spawning at the cores a team with both ion tanks could just sit owning the opposition until overtime. The Minotaur is actually less powerful than the Ion tanks (800 damage per shot vs 1000 of the ion) and has a slower rate of fire. Its armour is higher to give it the ability to push the ions out though, as it can survive an ion hit.

Shiner - the Minotaurs have a severe weakness. Grab yourself an aegis (the pimped pallys at the core) and charge at a minotaur with your shield up. After he shoots, drop your shield for a few seconds and let it recharge (minotaur cant fire for 3 seconds). If you can get close to a minotaur in one of those its toast.

I notice Vic in tanks alot, even on other maps. I dunno how, but he always gets the jump on a vehicle, either the tank or a manta. If someone's whoring up a manta, use an AVRiL. If someone's whoring up a tank? Sneak in close with a flak cannon. Works for me. One time I went head to head against a tank and won. With a flak cannon. It's very do-able.

When people piss you off in the game, you don't come here and start asking for something to happen. You find a way to deny that person the tank, in this case. Not much you can do on MinusTankMeUp. I'm more a fan of the badger. You know there's a hole where you can drive a badger, and only a badger, cuz it barely fits, up right behind the enemy core? Err.. that's off topic.

Yeah thats the point with this map aint it? If you dont like getting shot up by tanks its one to avoid.

That is what Vic is good at. If you don't like it do what he does an camp out and do nothing while waiting for the tank to spawn and jump in it before him. It sucks that he doesn't help the team any in between tank spawns but that is how he is. On the other hand he is really good in a tank. Standing where the tank spawns so no one else can get it is pretty shitty. Good tank whoring Vic. I like whoring myself...keep up the good work.
