Ever since I came back from Monster mash, I noticed I was having a lot of lag spikes. Once there was this one that lasted nearly a minute. During these lag spikes, I can't seem to move no matter what. I can turn my crosshair, shoot, and activate artifacts, but I just can't move while my screen just shakes.

Is there a way that I can fix this?
