your are a big problem

I have not yet figured out if you or I have a big problem with the server. yesterday after days that I decided to start I got to 75.
in this because I find myself almost 73 to 72 explain to me how it is possible.
you have a data loss disappear and sometimes I find myself at 25.
When the server saves everything? how often? Yesterday I waited for loading the new map and I went 2-3 and maps are missing data storage.
I was told that I have more characters.
I had some trouble with the game I memorized my name so many times I had to put my name "Forrest" in this way I think I've created many characters, even though I was hardly ever at 25.
I now how do I choose the strongest character?
all have the same name "Forrest".
