Elemental weapons

Is it possible to put the elemental magic (freeze, poison, burning and lightning) back to 100% effect instead of 25%? I really liked the concept of "use the right weapon against the right monster". I don't really care about the modifier effect overriding the weapon base element at all, on the contrary it is something I find useful in some occasion. I like freezing shock not be able to damage freezing Sliths or poison minigun not be able to damage zombie, it feel more natural that way in my opinion.
Also, many people been complaining about the damage modifier of the Berserker class based on the HP. I really think the damage modifier should be base on static value instead of % and the minimum should be 5% for rank 1, 25% for rank 2, 40% for rank 3 and 60% for rank 4. Maximum should be 5% of the maximum for each rank (15% rank 1, 40% rank 2, 55% rank 3 and 80% rank 4). I'm putting those numbers because many people are saying there is no advantage gain being a Berserker vs a support, especially at rank 4 where a Support constantly do 60% damage vs a Beserker that can be diminish to something like 50% or even lower (don't know the math here) and I think it's true. Most of the time it's very difficult to keep the HP to maximum and I really think it's unfair that a Beserker rank 4 eventually do less damage then a support rank 4, he should at least do the same amount (60%) at it's minimum.
