Hey DW-Community,
I`ve just started playing on your INV server and I like it very much. But I noticed that you can max all abilities for the class you picked quite fast. At lvl 320-350 you`re done with your build and you can't spent your stat points for something. So here`s my question: It's possible to add some new abilities for every kind of classes you can pick and keep the server even for higher level players fun in spending stat points and explore new skills?

Of course I`ve got some ideas because I`ve visited some more INV servers before I found yours.

Weapon Master: Is it possible to add an ability where you can get some artifacts to do make your weapon you want ? I`ve seen the ability 'Weapon Mastery' in the 'L-menu' but none can purchase it.

Adrenaline Master: There you could add some more team-artifact like a double damage sphere. Also you could give him the Max Magic Modifier as a team-artifact. On that why you can still max any weapons of your mates even if you got a waepon you can't throw away ( Link Gun of Infinity + 5 )

I believe the Damage Sphere was tried out at some point, but it was a bit too extreme when it comes to link chains from a protected bunker.

Ye thats true. But whats about the other abilities I told you ? Is there any chance to add some of them ?

Bumping thread.

I think having a Loaded Weapons level 6 where all your weapons have maxed enchantments when you spawn would be a great addition. But giving adrenaline masters even more artifacts is a big no. Adrenaline masters spawn with a globe and triple, and can max weapon enchantments, but also have a built-in energy enchantment for all their guns as well as adrenal surge. Adrenaline masters would be even more broken if they have a penta-damage, spending only 150 adren to max everyone in the rooms' weapons.

I think there's some room for quality of life changes, but I'm really wary about making any big balance changes (aside from perhaps some improvements for MMs). And I personally wouldn't want to put anything important in the 300+ level range. The whole thing would need a redesign from the perspective of catering towards those levels, which it really doesn't do currently.

A big no to enhancing WM's loaded weapons. WM's spawn with enough as it is. If you haven't learned how to be a WM by time time you could even afford loaded weapons 6, you're not a WM. :stongue:

I do agree with enhancements for MM though. :ssmile:

I like the shield regen and cap ideas, but only for lvl 100+ or so. So that low lvl medics don't become immortal.
