This is all done by hand. It's not an automated process. Give it 48 hours before you worry.

Since there are many determining factors, it's not possible to define an exact time frame. Please remember that we are all volunteers here and providing the game servers and website are part of our hobby. :) That being said, we try very hard to provide gift levels and such within 24 hours of receiving donations. Sometimes circumstances beyond our control intervene and it make take a day or two longer. If it's more than 3 days, please do drop us an email as there may have been an error with PayPal or a breakdown in the notification process.
