Different Sets with Different Bosses?

I was thinking of a way to make more sets for the servers and a boss for each sets like this:

Hypothetical work with me on this

Unreal Madness: More Traditional unreal Monsters with the Unreal 2 and SSPv5 in there with the final boss being the Tosc
Doomed Experience: regular DW Monsters with Doom 3 added in with final boss being CyberDemon
The Horde: Basically mostly increased spawns and more melee oriented monsters with the occansional ranged monster. final boss would be Lucifer
Serious Carnage: They throw everything they got at you with smaller lucifers at late waves with the final boss being venom.
The rest is vanilla though the idea of sets like Gears is tempting isn't it?

Sounds good, although based on precedent I probably wouldn't want to change the end boss to be anything other than Luci.

Also, there's a lot of complaints anytime there's a monster thrown in the roster that isn't a big sitting duck like a Queen or Titan.

Is the Tosc even ported to 2k4? I've seen most of the U2 monsters ported, but I wasn't sure about that one.

Definitely the kind of stuff I'd like to do. I want to use Server 1 as a bit of a testbed, but it'll be smaller changes first.

Here's the U2 Monsters also look at anything from here http://unreal.shaungoeppinger.com/monsters.html also look at the Quake Monsters the two bosses require you to touch the icon they occasionally spit out to be vulnerable for added difficulty unlike with lucifer's Shoot until it's dead and occasionally avoid strategy, also the quake 4 bosses can summon monster eggs that you can shoot to prevent more from spawning and in the half-life 1 monsters the Nihilanth can teleport players to it if it can't see them plus the gargantua can be invunerable to certain projectiles like the link or minigun.

I like all of those ideas. There are some other nasty and tricky ideas I have too that I'd like to implement sometime. Keep in mind that monsters that are harder or require different tactics typically are not received that well. These sorts of things must be integrated in ways that aren't overwhelming for people.

Well you have to slowly introduce the new monsters but first release a testing servers with these and little by little add more things as people adjust to changes it teaches them to prioritize more dangerous ones like the nihilanth when i get on to unreal later i gonna make a video showcasing monsters so you can judge.
