First off, this is not even a decent post when you request for help...
spent more than 10 seconds next time to outline in what specific you need help,
what the file or map you provide is,
what gametype it was, (assault or DM or something else)
where you got it from,
where the map starts, where is ends, (especially when the map is not linear)
how to move around the map (when you need to press buttons to open doors to move to next areas, and there are no buttons in the map but just invisible prox triggers)
etc etc etc......
next time i wont bother even replying to a lazy post like that....

If you would spent 15 seconds to search in the forums for a tutorial post....you wouldnt be asking here.
all those I write below can be found in detail in my post on tutorial on mapping....
Open map in editor
Load in your Actor Browser:
DWAssaultMapperTools.u
0. set default gametype
view-> lvl properties-> lvl info->defaultgametype
DWMonsterAssault.ASGameInfo
1. add PlayerSpawnManagers
specify the PlayerStarts in those PlayerSpawnManagers
set the 1st as Enabled
(at least add 1, the starting PlayerSpawnManager)
2.add 1 of each (can be done at end):
LevelLimiterInfo
PlayerMonsterFilter
TriggerASWinXPMod
3. add AdvMonsterSpawners
you will need:
a. an event to trigger the Spawner (goes into Events->Tag)
b. a Spawnpoint (or more) Navigation Point->Spawnpoint
this is the location where the Spawner will spawn the monsters
c. AdvMonsterSpawners (Keypoint->AdvMonsterSpawners)
4. OBJECTIVES
there are multiple ways to do that, depends what you want for objs, how many, etc....
most are located at:
Navigation Point->JumpDest->JumpSpot->GameObjective

start by completing the first area:
I will write it very simply....like i speak to a 5-year old....
Game starts, players(attackers) spawn.
I added a few monsters there (Marine,Mercenary,Skaarj)
you need to do something to open the door to move to the next area.
that something will trigger the event
krodoorp1 which will open the door to the next area.
it can be anything...you can make a switch, or to kill all monsters, or a progress volume or whatever...
*ps: putting a progress volume at map start is stupid. because I can join and go afk, and the other player cant progress at all....
well, there are 2 switches, which open the first door (invisible, go figure)
if you want more/other monsters at the first area...edit the AdvMonsterSpawners you will find in the attached map file.
next delete all PlayerStarts that are not in the first area....
