How the hell do you avoid nightmares? I dreamed last night that there was a ghost of a girl in my bedroom and she was telling me the person that murderer her was really evil and was in my room too. IT TOTALLY FREAKED ME OUT!
Is there any way to avoid nightmares? Avoiding coffee, getting stoned, staying up until daylight.....? Anyone had any success with them? I get around one or two a month and I'm getting a bit tired of it.

Nightmares is a sign of bad karma. Maybe its all those raptors you molested on air mars comming back to haunt you.

If you use forcemodel you won't have to deal with those ugly Necris-rejects at all.

One time, when I was like 6, I had a bad dream that I was being chased by a hoard of Egyptians, like the ancient oens. And then I jumped in a pool of water and started throwing spears at me. And then I woke up. Then, another time, about a month ago, I dreamed I was on a roller coaster, and then Scooby Doo was on the tracks so we turned onto another track and there was a break in the track so the thing fell for a mile into the ocean, and I was screaming the entire way, and when I hit I woke up. Kinda weird, eh?

Gorz my Doctor said that it is a the sign of a highly creative imagination and a sign of high intellegence. One thing to maybe try is a a walk before you go to sleep, some sort of physical activity. Just a thought!!!

Well dreams are basicly your minds way of organising everything you have taken in over the day etc and keeping what you want to remember and discarding what you dont.
Generaly a dream means you mind is super active like there is some thing bugging you or your having some trouble with an issue you havent resolved yet so your mind doesnt know what to do with it.
Best thing is try to get rid of any stress your feeling or if your having a bad time of atm for one reason or another just reassure your self when its over the nightmares will go.
Smokin a joint will help you get to sleep apart from that... not a good idea.
