I am at the inlaws and my brother in law has the wii. I just played Wii Sports, but it was a lot of fun. I could see four people standing around playing that for hours. The funny thing is that my shoulder is pretty sore. And I lift weights 3 times a week, so it is not like I just sit around.

Today I am going to try Zelda and Trauma center.

Well, I played Zelda for a couple of hours. It is pretty cool.

I also played Trauma Center. Ehh... It is alright. It makes good use of the Wii controls, but I just could not get into it.

Well, I have only played for about six hours total. But, I could definately see it happening. My brother in law has his in his bedroom and it is not set up for "optimal play" (it is a pit ;) ). So, part of the issue is that it really needs to be played in a larger room. And typically, I think that the consoles have been moved to the side rooms vs. the main TV room.

That being said, you certainly get into yet. Yes, the graphics are not the best in the world. However, you are certainly immersed in the games, especially something like Wii Sports. After five minutes of bowling, my wife remarked how easy it would be to start flailing around and not realize it.

However, there are warning screens all of the time about how to wear the controller properly and make sure "this and that, etc". I could see accidentally hitting someone who is too close or something like that. Those photos of people who have cracked their screens are either fake or they are stupid. The controller is not that hard to hold on to. In fact, it is pretty light and comfortable.

I am loving my Wii at the moment.... LMAO that sounded sick.

I don't have any games yet, I bought Zelda for the GameCube the day before I got the Wii, now I am just waiting till I beat the GC version before I buy the Wii one. Playing the heck out of Sports though, really great system and controllers. I am holding off on buying more games until I can get another controller so my Fiancee and I can play together. Cannot find them anywhere.

My arms were noticeably sore during the first week of playing and even still if I play for long periods of time. Kinda good I guess. Have not damaged anything yet, I lmao my asses off at these morons who have chucked the remote through TVs. It pisses me off that there is a lawsuit against Nintendo b/c dumbasses let go of controllers.

Liking the Wii, just waiting on a controller, component cables and all the great games coming out in 2007.
