A big Kudos going out to Wraith for all his hard work . I'm sure a big thank you is not enough .

I say a bonus of 30 levels to you . I'm sure no one would disagree . Spend them wisely my friend .

I say the founder of this institution should get the same. A big thanks going out to Toxic as well for doing so much for this community.

I also think Cheap should get them as well. He should also get admin rights as well IMHO .

This thing is so close to rocking the house , minor tweaks left.

Got to agree. Wraith, Wail, Toxic & Cheap have done a fine job.

The beta testers had too much fun to call it a chore. :iconbiggrin:

Now to knock off the final rough edges in the crucible of public opinion. It's going to make it a great server to play on.

I take noone of the credit for this. All I did was provide the canvas for Wraith to paint on, and what a materpiece it is. Wonderful job Wraith!

Few people know, but there wouldn't be a DW without Wraith.

Back in the UT2003 days (when I went online for the first time because I didn't have broadband) a lot of the original DWs played on a server run by a guy nicknamed Rude Dog. It was a great server, had all kinds of mods, including one which attracted all of us, and that was Kung Fu (aka Kakutou).

Well Rude dog rode off into the sunset with nary a word, and we were left homeless. Wraith decided to start s server of his own, and made the Kung Fu mod the focal point. There were some regular DM maps to be sure, but mostly Fu. The server was very popular, and a lot of the original members met there regularly.

Some folks were in different clans at the time. Big Red was in Killa, Achilles was in a German clan (can't remember the name), Wraith was in TX, and Skully and Goatboy were in their own clan :compress:

One night were were all fooling around on the server, and the leader of TX at the time decided to hand out memberships for the hell of it. Most of us slapped on the TX tag.

Realizing at some point that TX was really a joke, and we would never have any organization, we decided to revolt, and broke off and formed our own clan, DW. It was on Wraith's server we all met, and it was on Wraith server where DW was born.

Wraith ran a great server, and we still run a copy of it today. If any of you have 2k3 still installed, it's worth a look see.

Anyway, I had no doubt that Wraith would do an excellent job, and he did not dissappoint. Afterall, Wraith is a very experienced admin, and ran a GREAT 2k3 server (and a jailbreak 2k4 server for a while too)

The server is a gem, it's got a lot of great monsters, and I think it's going to become very popular.
