Tonight sometime, unless I get distracted with something else, I will be changing the monsters that can be summoned back to what they should be. I had done this wrong when referring back to the origional file today and currently, all the monsters are available with only level 5 loaded monster skill. After the change takes place, you will need to buy a higher level of loaded monsters in order to use the ones higher than level 5, such as the raptor, titan etc.
