- everything beyond about wave 5 (but the aliens) need to be doubled in strength just period.
- the martians need to be about 75% the current toughness.
- add some magic to lucifer. knockback would be AWESOME cuz ppl just stand around and peg on him while AM's get up close. a couple of near shots and he'd 1) knock the ams off and 2) splash himself away.
on a different note, i have a suggestion, and it may "fix" the above issue.
monsters should be tuffness rated, and only appear in a certain block of waves.
for example. . . raptors. when they first show up on wave 5, they should be the tuffest thing on the map. on wave 10, their last wave, they should be the weakest thing on the map. spiderchicks first show up on 10 and should be the strongest thing, and on 15 be the weakest thing.
the different types of monsters basically extend their general wave appearance. for example... green raptors are the weakest, and show for 4 waves first on wave 5, last on 8. blues show on 6-9, reds on 7-10.
I think this will help accellerate the difficulty of the game without pushing low level players out of the game so quickly. the tuff stuff will more slowly appear in the game. so that on wave 15 there's the tuffest titans, a handful of queens and spiders, and the tuff-ass martians.
