Can't download "RAPTOR" file on server

hey, flames07 here, i got a problem with server that just happened last night. I had to download some more stuff when i clicked join server and it would not let me download "RAPTOR". It says it refuses to send the package to me. Any ideas how to fix it?

try again and let me know if you still have issues.

And if you can, get the exact name of the file, with extention.

im not sure if this is what you were looking for but i tried it again. it says
Connection Failed Downloading Package 'RAPTOR' failed: server refused to send

Hmm, no raptor.utx or something like that?
