Unfortunately, I think DW_Fry is the only one that really runs that server. I know he has a lot on his hands dealing with Shake and Meatwad, and has had issues with chronic alien abduction syndrome, but hopefully he will turn up soon.

I guess the mapper was some newbie and did not even test his map properly... there was hardly any quality control on maps for MM. If the restore worked (i.e. you didn't get a message stating "windows was unable to restore your computer to a previous state, blah, blah, blah") then any AV progs probably aren't an issue. It certainly wont hurt to disable them though.
