Yet again, it all comes down to the map! Not the design of the rpg! The moment you put a completely safe room in a map, the need for teamwork goes out the window. These maps have to be kept in to give low levels a chance etc but there's no point discussing how to make things better when it's down to...

The so-called hard maps have an issue - most, if not all, have at least some sort of hiding place. Typically this will be safe enough for high levels to wipe out the wave. The map is then just a sit and hide for all but the highest levels and presents no challenge. ie the monster never reach the lev...
