Damaged's idea is great.
Now, by having the 'community' vote, that'd be each person being logged in to vote, wouldn't it? If so, couldn't you add something that tracks who voted and only allows 1 vote per poll period per profile?

Only forseeable problem I can think of is massed profiles to flood ...

It's not like a person couldn't ask what's going wrong after they die 7 times in a row, there's plenty of people willing to help a noob out during play.

However team killing does have a time and a place, just not during most game ...

How about a low % shield leech? like vamp and energy...but with shield

Or something like the vorpal; instead of vorping the thing, it gives instead a small chance to award you double damage on hit (a varient on it; the - side of the weapon attribute gives a chance to half damage for a short time ...

Issue solved, thanks much for the reply. It was infact a raptor skinpack I didn't remember installing; went through and deleted the files, cleaned the mess right up. Wouldn't have thought to look for those files if someone hadn't suggested, so thanks again!
