Recently I have had trouble connecting to a site because my IP get caught in a net of blocked IPs thanks to a brute force attack trying to take down the server. I was able to contact the admin and he suggested:

Yes, the MP5/shotgun issue has been resolved.

I like the idea of single-monster waves, like a Queen Wave and a Titan Wave.
