checking the path was no joke, ut sometimes doesn't like to be not installed on C:, and sometimes the path gets messed up, wouldn't be the first time.

you have to decompress the uz2 file with ut2004mi, i reloaded it and decompressed, no problem.
check the path of your ut2004.exe, is it linked to the proper installation-directory ?

Do the missing maps show up, if you select plain assault as gametype?
Is the map directory inside the ut- gamedirectory?
pic 1. shows archives, did you install and zip, or just zip the files ?

it is a request from DW to keep servertraffic low, so i do as requestedchristmas wrote: ps2: it is highly advise-able to empty your cache, even if its a game's cache (unless your internet connection can not withstand frequent dl's of large amounts of data....)

I still don't understand your problem.
If you don't have the maps installed in mapdirectory, you can't play them offline.
If they are no longer in UT-cache, u have download them.
Sent you a link for Oppurtunity Knocks, download it, decompress with UT2004MI
and try to play
