Yep. You need a clean cd key. If you paid for a shared key there is nothing we can do. I would contact the seller if your already using the newest key. Maybe they can help.

Not sure what is up with MM but we are currently working on updating this site behind the scenes. It's amazing how fast this stuff gets dated. To sum it up in short, sorry the chat box is broken, I don't think there is any fixing it here on this version of the web site.
