http://wiki.unrealadmin.org/MapVote_(UT2004)

MidGameVotePercent -> (1 - 100) The percentage of players that are required to vote before a Mid-Game vote is initiated. Set to 100 to virtually disable
Mid-Game voting by requiring all of the players to vote.
Default is 50

oh and, the lack of info (about how serios you all take the mid-game voting) gets ppl kicked for serveral maps, like me.

Doesn't it say specifically in the rules not to do it? Why would it be different from any other rule?
Server 1:
MMA>Kyomaa - WM (in progress)

Server 2:
MMA>Kyomaa - AM (110 -- retired for now.)
MMA>Kyoma - WM (135 and rising...)

rule
  /rul/ [rool]
–noun
1. a principle or regulation governing conduct, action, procedure, arrangement, etc

A principle or regulation governing conduct indicates that it has no "seriousness" associated with it. It is a rule. If you break it, you would be subject to the rule's assigned punishment.

se⋅ri⋅ous
  /ˈsɪəriəs/ [seer-ee-uhs]
–adjective
1. of, showing, or characterized by deep thought.
4. requiring thought, concentration, or application: serious reading; a serious task.

Two different definitions of Serious, which indicate a serious matter is one that requires thought.

We have just established above that a rule takes into account no thought, as all thought is put into the rule when the rule is created. Therefore, a rule is not something which requires thought and there is no value to the "seriousness" of a rule... it is simply LAW.
