Twice now, I have experienced a glitch where the weapon speed bonus is glitching out. The issue has only occurred sometimes after I ghost. It's hard to describe exactly what's going on. When you hold down the fire button, you fire at your normal rate, but if you tap-fire (as with the mp5 secondary fire to push out rockets) it fires much slower than it should. You can tell it's happening with weapon that show a chambering animation (shock rifle, flak cannon, rocket launcher), because the animation cycles, and it isn't interrupted by the firing of the weapon. Anyways, just want to bring it up. Happy hunting.
