Please help with path nodes...

Thanks very much, that solved the ghost shelves problem. Players can now pick up items without having to go throught the shelves.

However the path problem still remains, it hasn't created paths, and I'm still getting the same annoying warnings stating there are no paths from those items on the shelves.

Shouldn't the radius have solved the problem?

Not necessarily. But you don't have to worry about it. You do not need to have paths to those pickups in an invasion map. So just ignore those warnings, the map should play fine.
