I’m trying to take my mind off of Weasel so I’ve been randomly clicking around this site. Maybe, after all this time, if I formally introduce myself it will distract me just a bit…

I’ve been here for about six months now. And still I get questioned as to whether or not I am a dentist.

I am not.

When I was a younger and more foolish man I would occasionally frequent the “gentleman’s clubs” around bflo. Sometimes we’d head north of the border to take in the “Canadian Ballet“.

I was smart enough (or embarrassed enough) to never use my real name. If ever anybody asked, I’d always say “my name is Jimmy”.

A friend suggested that to make my ruse more plausible I’d need an occupation. Something interesting so as to extend any conversation with a lady.

My cover line then became: “Hi. My name is Jimmy. I’m a dentist”.

I’ve been JimmyTheDentist to my closest friends for more than twenty years.

Nice to meecha; Why did you pick a dentist? I mean, sure girls love it, but why not an easier profession to fake?

On the side note, have you ever met anyone who tried to talk to you about their dental issues only to have them find you know nothing?
