Ventrilo connection problems

Well, I couldn't connect to ventrilo, and I could not think of anywhere else to put this.
I've connected before, but for some reason I can't.
I can connect to other ventrilo servers, so that means it's a problem between DW and my internet/computer.
I cannot ping 69.12.15.132 (the ventrilo server) which means my internet connection can't access it or it is being blocked.
I'm curious could I have baeen banned for whatever reason or autobanned?
That's the only reason I can think of for not being able to connect to the server.
I can provide my ip address to check if I was banned in a PM (I don't want it floating around on the internet)
