Just updated the forums to the latest version and also fixed a few issues.

Working on finding a new theme for the forum.

The company we normally use does not make themes for phpbb anymore.

Changed the theme to a much more polished one.

Also got the recent topics showing on the index page.

Everyone's avatar has been removed so please update yours again if you want to display one.
