Well after banging my head against a wall trying to figure out just WTF was going on I gave up on this some month's ago and moved on to other things . :banghead:
I came back to it this afternoon to have another look at it . I could not make the server work before through an entire map rotation , it would keep hanging and put you into a endless download loop . I just kept removing the problem maps , even though they worked through other tests . Well after running the map rotation a half dozen times today and removing more maps a pattern started to emerge . It was not the map it was stuck on that was causing the problem but rather the one right before it . The name of the map was mp_lost ... would like to go ring the authors neck, almost think it was intentional from the name of the map .
I have at this point run a couple rotations and everything looks good on my end . Maybe I can add some of those so called problem maps back in :thumbleft:

I'd just like to point out that the Custom map server name is DW> Ministry of Spam. Not Spam Harder. Spam Harder is the name of our TDM server.
