TAM Server access

Is the TAM server now "clan only"?

We have 2 TAM servers, one is apart of Spam Vikings and is public(Which is currently down b/c of crash). Another is a backup private practice server that does everything, including TAM (thanks to Whurly for that :)

I guess the one that's in my Favorites that I used to play on (i.e. the one Vet setup) is the one that became the clan server. What's the IP:port for the public TAM server?

It is not currently up and running . New server was just set in place yesterday.
