Yeah are you forcing a certain skin on players.Sounds like the server doesnt have the skins you want. Try playing straight up since we have bright skins now there maybe a problem.

I have the bonus and megapack and use a standard skin. But I did just recently switch to another skin - had not consider that, since it's standard, but is a good tip :idea:

I am going back to the basics to see if that helps. Now I just need to find a time to fire it up and be able to into the game... it's been busy lately (UT3 anticipation!!!!!! :) )

I was also going to completely re-install... but my orig disc failed on an intel based mac, so I never got around to working that out.

Hey JD, Try moving the UT2004 and User.INI files out of your ut2004/system folder. Other then any mutators,skins, or maps you have installed that should pretty much get you to a "fresh install". Removing them forces the game to rebuild them from scratch and will remove any trace of a setting related issue.

Other then that your next step is a re-install, I don't know of easy way to do one either.

I pulled the UT2004.ini and User.ini files. Got into the game, crashed after 3 minutes.

Yesterday I reset my character to Opheiia. I was good for one round, then crashed about 5min into the second round.

I am still getting these errors, so it seems that I am crashing when I see someone with the skin.

Next stop, re-install or just try to re-install the ECEBonus over the current install.

- I got the really really wierd feeling that as long as you need this little file :: DWOnslaught.u ::: to play in Spam Vikings you Will Not!! -- however nevermindme...
