Hehe, I also thought of this one but didn't post it. I assume the weapon should only have a chance to affect the monster it hits.
AFAIK knockback and null don't drop flying monsters from the air. I understood this new gun would cause them to temporarily lose their ability to fly.
Other guns:
__________ of Defense - if you're hit while using this weapon, some or all damage reduces adrenaline instead of health. Probably good for WM but not AM.
__________ of Seeker - gives a chance of picking up a monster and flinging it around as per seekers. Any monster that you pick up can be used to bash around and damage other monsters. :iconbiggrin:

Yes, that is how i thought when posting the gravity gun idea, to take away their ability to fly for some time, but when i thought of it more, i concidered that it would make everything too easy.
i love the defense weapon idea but the seeker weapon would turn a map into a dodgeball field in the middle of a 20 v.s 20 match with 10 balls:P
the monsters would fly everywhere across the map, which causes lower hit percentages, people tripping behind the computer due to all the moving things they see on the screen and angry seekers at wraiths door to ask him where he found the courage to apply THEIR strategy on OUR weapons:P

Isn't the defense weapon same as Mana Shield?

How about a low % shield leech? like vamp and energy...but with shield
Or something like the vorpal; instead of vorping the thing, it gives instead a small chance to award you double damage on hit (a varient on it; the - side of the weapon attribute gives a chance to half damage for a short time)

Last one I thought of, how about a "burn" weapon? Like poison but less potent; instead has a small area of damage around the "burned" monster, damaging all monstes within that small area. More + is more burn damage, maybe a slightly bigger burn area as well.
